日式味噌豬扒

大家好,今集我哋整一個家常少少嘅餸菜,即係煎豬扒呀會用味噌嚟醃嘅,好日式好惹味㗎,一齊試嚇整啦!睇之前先提嚇大家記得㩒like, 同subscribe我個channel喎!整呢個味噌煎豬扒嘅材料有:豬扒味噌日本豉油味醂清酒或者料理酒糖一啲薑蓉同埋蒜蓉咁我哋首先就先處理啲豬扒,咁就將呢啲白色嗰啲位就切開佢、切鬆佢咁就可以令到佢唔會煎完之後縮埋一舊咁你就切咗佢啦,逢係呢啲筋嘅位跟住我哋就要用個刀背剁到啲豬扒剁鬆少少咁因為我呢次啲豬扒唔係好厚如果我哋細個阿媽嗰啲豬扒可以由咁大塊可以因為揼扁咗會變到好大塊嘅咁呢啲本身就唔厚,所以就都唔會話變到好大同埋西班牙豬嘅一個特性就係佢嗰啲肉爽身啲嘅咁我哋剁完哂啲豬肉之後,咁我哋就將佢擺喺一個保鮮袋嗰度咁我哋依家就可以處理個醃料嘞咁我哋依家就撈個汁嘞,咁我哋就落味噌啦味醂啦料理酒啦日本豉油啦砂糖啦薑蓉同蒜蓉啦咁然之後我哋就將佢哋攪勻Make
sure啲味噌唔好有一粒粒或者仲係硬嘅好!咁我哋攪好咗之後,咁就攞返頭先嗰個豬扒出嚟嘞咁我哋就將呢啲醬倒落去個豬扒嗰度咁我哋跟住就包埋佢嘞唧咗啲空氣出嚟儘量然之後就將佢哋摙嘞一齊我哋要將呢個豬扒同埋味噌就要醃過夜嘅,咁我哋就依家整好咗之後就擺落去雪櫃嗰度嘞咁時間嘅關係,咁我之前嗰一晚已經醃咗一袋味噌嘅豬扒?嘞,咁我哋依家就可以將佢哋攞去煎喇咁我哋燒紅咗隻油(鑊)落少少嘅油落去啦因為嗰啲豬扒佢醃完之後就唔會咁明顯有啲肥膏俾你可以起鑊嘅咁我哋跟住就擺啲豬扒落去嘞咁煎到佢一邊差唔多熟你先至反佢喎,即係唔好諗住不停咁樣反、不停咁樣反我哋反多佢一次就得㗎喇咁你見到因為你切咗嗰啲邊,咁你就唔會見到嗰個豬扒攣弓哂蝦米咁樣囉咁就煮完㗎喇我哋可以上碟嘞係咪好容易呢?!之前同大家講話會整多啲日本嘢所以買咗嘅材料好似味噌呀、味醂清酒嗰啲會繼續密密用,所以一齊試嚇啦!
